Isto Biologics Acquires Allograft Firm TheraCell

Will introduce TheraFuze DBF (demineralized bone fiber) tech to Isto’s Influx line.

Isto Biologics, a surgical-based orthobiologic regeneration tech and cell-based therapy firm, has acquired allograft solution company TheraCell. The deal will strengthen Isto’s focus on surgical and clinical care procedures in spine, orthopedics, and sports medicine.
 
It will specifically expand Isto’s growing orthopedic graft business and introduce the TheraFuze DBF (demineralized bone fiber) tech to Isto’s Influx line.
